Job Summary: The Accounting Supervisor Projects and Fixed Assets is responsible for leading the IT & Remodel Accounting group. Under this position’s leadership and direction, this team is responsible for fixed asset and project accounting related to information technology and store reinvestment projects, and working cross-functionally to ensure controls over the Company’s asset tracking process are maintained. This position is responsible for partnering with business owners and project managers across the business to understand and proactively support the proper accounting for projects and their information needs. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the troubleshooting and configuration of SAP’s fixed asset system, as well as coordination of the monthly fixed asset closing processes, with an emphasis on process improvements in the fixed asset activities.
