Women in NAAAP (aka WIN!) is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and within the an Pacific community.

- Equip Asian women with skills, confidence, and resources to effectively lead in a multicultural environment.
- Connect Asian leaders to role models and create a mentoring network.

The Corporate Relations team develops and connects top talent with our corporate sponsors and delivers training and professional development workshops to ensure the success of member corporate Asian American Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
To inspire leaders and transform Asian-American perceptions in the workplace.
It is our vision that NAAAP Philadelphia’s Corporate Relations Business Unit will become the development and networking hub for Asian-American corporate professionals and recognized as the place to turn to for Asian-American talent.
NAAAP Philadelphia Corporate Relations team comprises of volunteer leaders with a passion for community-building, networking, professional development, and fundraising. Our Scholarship Program strives to cultivate and develop the leaders of tomorrow. We created this scholarship in 2010 to recognize and reward Asian American students in the Philadelphia region who have demonstrated strong leadership potential.
