NAAAP Philadelphia Appoints Pamela Zee to Board of Directors

The National Association of Asian American Professionals – Philadelphia Chapter (NAAAP Philadelphia) has recently appointed Pamela Zee as a member of its Board of Directors for a three-year term.

Dr. Pamela Zee leads the Cardiovascular Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) Pediatric Center of Excellence for AstraZeneca. She is a clinical development physician leader and pediatric trial expert with over 14 years of drug development experience. As a cross functional matrix leader, Pam has made important contributions to the development of products spanning the immunoscience, metabolics, renal and cardiovascular therapeutic areas.

Pam earned her B.A. and M.D. degrees at Vassar College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), respectively. After an internal medicine residency, she built an academic clinical practice as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at UMDNJ for almost 10 years before joining the pharmaceutical industry.
