Mission
Women in NAAAP (aka WIN!) is a special program created and developed to build competent and confident women leaders within NAAAP and within the Asian Pacific community.

Goals
- Equip Asian women with skills, confidence, and resources to effectively lead in a multicultural environment.
- Connect Asian leaders to role models and create a mentoring network.
- Empower Asian women and educate about challenging perceptions.
- Engage with the community at large and represent Asian women across the world.
- Inspire Asian women to a make meaningful difference in government, education, business, and society.
Corporate Relations
The Corporate Relations team develops and connects top talent with our corporate sponsors and delivers training and professional development workshops to ensure the success of member corporate Asian American Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

It is our vision that NAAAP Philadelphia’s Corporate Relations Business Unit will become the development and networking hub for Asian-American corporate professionals and recognized as the place to turn to for Asian-American talent.

Scholarship
Our Scholarship Program strives to cultivate and develop the leaders of tomorrow. We created this scholarship in 2010 to recognize and reward Asian American students in the Philadelphia region who have demonstrated strong leadership potential.
